The Revit versions are fully modled in 3D; Autocad versions (coming soon) include both floor plans and elevations. Both come fully dimensioned and ready to use.

Layouts are obtained from Revit’s “Insert” ribbon via our proprietary add-on.

KaB90 layouts come ready to use. All kitchens and bathrooms are pre-loaded with highly versatile families for equipment, fixtures, cabinetry and annotative styles.

Our layouts are fully customizable. All components can be modified or replaced with your office or project standards with only a working understanding of Revit.

Purchases do not include access to Revit software or subscriptions. These programs are required to use KaB90 and must be obtained through Autodesk or its authorized affiliates.

To modify elements within a layout simply activate the block (Autocad) or supergroup (Revit) and adjust as normal.

Please note each layout is designed for maximum spatial efficiency. While their areas may be enlarged, reducing them is not recommended.

Fixtures and components can be replaced with any block (Autocad) or like family type (Revit). Simply reload the block or family using one you’ve downloaded or created yourself.

Simply activate the block (Autocad) or supergroup (Revit) and modify as you normally would.

Compliance with local, state and national building codes and regulations remains the responsibility of the project’s licensed professionals.

However, KaB90's proprietary selection system will save you hundreds of hours of kitchen and bathroom design on each multi-family project, while providing a strong, reliable start towards complying with code requirements.
